Description
Formulated with a durable, non-leaching antimicrobial agent, it forms a microscopic protective barrier that bonds to hard and porous surfaces, providing long-lasting protection. Ideal for use after water damage remediation or mold abatement, this product helps maintain cleaner surfaces in residential, commercial, and institutional settings. Unlike most other protectants that must be applied to dry wood, SurfaceShield and SurfaceShield Plus can be applied to building materials with a moisture content of 11%–30%. SurfaceShield Protectant is suitable for HVAC systems, building materials, and a wide range of environmental surfaces. Used as the final step on remediation jobs or in new construction, it protects against damage and staining from mold and mildew. Ideal for a variety of porous surfaces including wood, concrete, paper, drywall and more.
