Chemspec Crystal Defoamer is a professional-grade foam suppressant designed to eliminate foam caused by detergent residues during carpet cleaning. It effectively prevents foam from developing on carpets and stops foam buildup in hoses and recovery tanks. The product dissolves completely in water, leaving no residue behind, and is safe for use on stain-resistant carpets. Its high concentration allows for efficient defoaming with minimal application—typically, 3 tablespoons per 100 sq. ft. of carpet. The defoamer is odorless, ensuring no unpleasant smells are left behind, and it will not spot or damage the carpet. Additionally, it is easy to apply by lightly broadcasting the crystals onto the carpet before cleaning, saving time and labor during the extraction process.
