Description
The Extech MO295 Pinless Moisture Psychrometer + IR Thermometer quickly indicates the moisture content of woods and other building materials using pin-less technology that won’t damage the surface. MO-P1 remote pin-type probe allows for contact moisture readings with three foot cable length. Manually store and recall up to 20 labeled readings on an easy to read, large dual display with automatic backlight feature. Simultaneously displays moisture value of wood or material being tested, air temperature, IR temperature, or humidity. Pin-less measurement depth to 0.75″ below the surface. Designed with an IR circuit to measure non-contact surface temperature; 8:1 distance to spot ratio with 0.95 fixed emissivity. Built-in Humidity/Temperature probe measures relative humidity, air temperature plus grains per pound, dew point, vapor pressure, and condensation point. Comes complete with pin moisture probe, 9-Volt battery, and case.
